“My wife and I started Swansboro Heating and Air in May of 1984! Wow, has it really been that long! Over 35 years!! Over time, we have really experienced some great growth.

In 2007, we moved from a rental building that we had occupied for 22 years to a brand new one that we built. We have worked on multi-million-dollar homes and businesses and kept a great relationship with them. We have been authorized Trane dealers since 1993. Our experience covers service work and installations on Camp Leieune and Cherry Point, including residential, community, and industrial sectors. Being a licensed residential and commercial HVAC business, we decided that the public arena was more important to us and decided to discontinue working on the bases and focus solely on the public.

We consider every HVAC unit that we install or service to be ours. You might live in the house, but I think of the air-conditioner as mine, pride of ownership. We are proud of the work we do. We believe in family values, honest work ethics, respect for others, and are hardworking and sincere.
